OPEN CALL FOR AID TO ASSOCIATIONS TO CARRY OUT ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE TOURISM IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBACETE DURING THE YEAR 2026

Official description of the call
Environment Service, Agenda 2030 and Demographic Challenge Decree 2996, of June 19, 2026, of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Albacete, which approves the open call for aid to Associations to carry out activities that promote tourism in the Province of Albacete, 2026. BDNS (identification): 902794 In accordance with the provisions In articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias (and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council, www.dipualba.es, in the subsidies section). First.- Beneficiaries: Non-profit and legally constituted associations with registered office or carrying out their activity in the province of Albacete will be able to access this aid, whose purposes include the organization of activities that promote local or provincial tourism promotion. As stated in article 4 of the specific Ordinance, the following are expressly excluded from this call: youth associations; associations of pensioners and retirees; neighborhood associations; associations of housewives and women; and the associations of mothers and fathers of students (AMPAS). Second.- Purpose: The aid granted will be used for the following purposes: 1. Programming of activities that sustainably promote the resources and/or the offer of tourist products in the province of Albacete (mainly those related to starlight tourism, ornithology, oletourism, nature, archaeology, gastronomy and traditions). 2. Execution of projects that help promote and consolidate the province of Albacete as a tourist destination. The projects must be developed during the period between January 1, 2026 and November 16, 2026. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The general Ordinance of the bases that regulate the granting of aid to associations for tourism promotion activities excluded from specific calls, whose final approval agreement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete number 88, of July 27, 2018. Fourth.- Amount: The maximum overall amount of aid granted under this call will be €20,000.00 charged to the budget of the Excma. Provincial Council of Albacete for the financial year 2026, with the corresponding expense being allocated to budget item 420.432.48000 “Subsidies for Tourism Promotion Associations”. This item is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan for the year 2026, approved by the Corporation in a plenary session on December 12, 2025. The maximum unit amount of subsidies granted under this call may not exceed 3,000 euros. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin from the day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, and will remain open for twenty calendar days following said publication, being resolved in a single phase Sixth.- Submitting applications: Interested parties must complete the electronic application form available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Albacete and attach a report or project, according to art. 4 of the Bases of the Open Call for Aid to Associations for the Carrying out of Activities that Promote Tourism in the Province of Albacete during the year 2026 in www.dipualba.es, section “Subsidies and aid”, signed electronically, through the subsidies platform, which will allow sending through the Telematic Registry regulated by the Regulation published in the B.O.P. number 7 dated January 18, 2008.
