TITLE:: Extract from the Agreement dated __________________ of the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Zamora by which subsidies are called, under a non-competitive competition regime, intended to finance business creation projects and/or business investment projects in the territorial scope of the province of Zamora included in the Socioeconomic Plan of La Raya. First.-Beneficiaries The status of beneficiaries in this call may be acquired by natural persons, legal entities, communities of property and civil societies that carry out or are going to carry out an economic activity in municipalities included in the ?ANNEX: Municipalities of La Raya in the province of Zamora?, carry out eligible projects in accordance with this call, in work centers located in said municipalities, and comply with the specialties established in the fourth base for each of the eligible lines of the third base. Second.-Object The purpose of the call is the regulation of the granting of subsidies, under a non-competitive competition regime, to innovation and productive transformation projects in the territory, as well as the reinforcement, economic support and financing of new business projects carried out in the municipalities that are included in the "ANNEX: Municipalities of La Raya in the province of Zamora" Third.- Eligible lines The call for aid has 4 eligible lines: 1. Aimed at complementing the aid granted, after June 1, 2025, by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICECYL), within the framework of the call for subsidies approved by the Resolution of March 11, 2025, of the President of the ICECYL to finance projects for the creation of companies in the Community of Castilla y León. -BDNS: 820240- (BOCYL no. 52, of March 17, 2025), or under subsequent calls approved by said Institute with the same or similar object. Due to the complementary nature of the subsidy from the Zamora Provincial Council in this line, only the sectors and expenses that are contemplated as such in ORDER EYH/201/2025, of March 3, which approves the regulatory bases of subsidies intended to finance business creation projects within the territorial scope of the Community of Castilla y León (BOCYL no. 48, of March 11, 2025), and in the call itself cited in the previous paragraph (or in other bases and subsequent calls approved by said Institute with the same or similar object). 2.- Aimed at complementing the aid granted, after June 1, 2025, by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castilla y León (ICECYL), within the framework of the call for subsidies approved by the Resolution of October 27, 2022, of the President of the ICECYL to finance business investment projects co-financed with the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). -BDNS: 656179- (BOCYL no. 211 of November 2, 2022), or under subsequent calls approved by said Institute with the same or similar object.
