Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Companies from the following sectors of preferential attention, when there is transformation of goods on the Balearic soil: a) the wood industry, b) natural and artificial fur, c) footwear, d) productions of the leather industry, e) manufacturing of clothing items and their accessories, f) jewelry and bijouterie items, g) artisanal products, h) industrial products, with an added value greater than 20 percent, and i) items for human nutrition. Likewise, the recipient of the inter-island transfer of waste that is not processable or recyclable on the islands. Second. Purpose: Compensation aimed at reducing the effective cost of maritime and air transport of goods between the Balearic Islands, or between them and the peninsula, as well as that carried out between said islands and other territories of Member States of the European Union and other signatory States of the Agreement on the European Economic Area, carried out in 2025. Third. Regulatory bases: Royal Decree 1034/199, of June 18, published in the BOE of July 2, 1999, modified by Royal Decree 101/2002, of January 25, published in the BOE of February 6, 2002 and updated by Royal Decree 232/2020, of February 4, published in the BOE of February 14 February 2020 and by Royal Decree-Law 14/2022, of August 1, published in the BOE of August 2, 2022, as well as by Royal Decree 332/2023, of May 3, published in the BOE of May 18, 2023. Likewise, Regulation (EU) 2023/2831 of the Commission, of December 13, 2023. Fourth. Amount: The amount will be that corresponding to the credit recorded in the budget application 17.20.441P.478.02 of the Expenditure budget of the Secretary of State for Transport and Sustainable Mobility planned for the year 2026. The individual amount for the transport of goods reaches a percentage, established by current regulations, on the part of the cost of the freight of said goods that does not exceed the average. Fifth. Application submission deadline: One month from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOE. Sixth. Applications: Applications to obtain aid will comply with the format and content specified in the call and will be available to be completed and presented at the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory (https://sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es), in the route Procedures >>Subsidies>>Transport Aid Balearic Islands.
