Official description of the call
Object and purpose: The object and purpose of the call is to regulate the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for the delivery of the Maçanet de la Selva City Council Research Work Award for the 2026 year, in accordance with the specific bases approved by the Local Government Board in an ordinary session on May 14, 2025 and published 97 on May 22, 2025. Likewise, the bases were submitted to public information. for a period of twenty business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract in the DOGC. Given that after the public information period had elapsed, no allegations or claims were presented, the specific bases were definitively approved for the corresponding purposes of regulation and transparency of the subsidy. Financial allocation and determination of the budget application: The maximum amount awarded will be 200 euros, which will be charged to the following specific budget application: 12-327-48000 Research Work Award from the Maçanet de la Selva City Council. The amount of the award will depend on the evaluation carried out. Each application will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria established in the annex to the call. Prizes and modalities: Two prizes worth 100 euros and two distinctions will be awarded according to each of the following categories: CATEGORY A - For works on Maçanet de la Selva that value the investigation of the municipality's own or nearby environment - Prize of 100 euros and a distinction. CATEGORY B - For works on any topic, both in the scientific and social fields, in which the author is registered in Maçanet de la Selva – Prize of 100 euros and a distinction. Participants with distinctions will receive a diploma accrediting their participation. The award-winning works will become available to the population in the Municipal Archive and the Municipal Library for consultation and access, forming part of its documentary collection. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications begins the day after the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG and ends on June 3, 2026. The works must be original and must be submitted in digital format, preferably in pdf. Additionally, it may be presented on written paper, DIN-A4 with a binding or folio binding system that allows for correct handling. The works must be accompanied by an explanatory summary of a maximum of one page. Each work must respect total anonymity and must be submitted through the generic procedure of the Maçanet de la Selva City Council where the request to participate in the call will be specified. Through this same procedure, the following documentation will be attached: - In the type application / generic instance - PARTICIPANT DATA: the title of the work, the name and surname must be stated, and the identity document must be attached and the address and telephone number of the author(s), the educational center and the name and surname of the tutor must be stated. In no case can these data appear in the work, nor in the paper copy delivered, as well as in the rest of the attached or annexed technical media. The application must expressly state that it is requested to take part in the call. - Annexes required to the application - WORK SUBMITTED: in the application type / generic instance it will be necessary to attach: . the explanatory summary of a maximum of one page. . the work in digital format, preferably pdf. The title of the work and the pseudonym will appear on the cover or header/footer. In application of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, electronic administration will be prioritized in accordance with the law for all procedures and communications derived from this call. Resolution and notification period: The maximum period to resolve the call is the one determined in the specific regulatory bases of the contest. Once the deadline has passed without a resolution, applicants may consider their applications rejected due to administrative silence.
