Extract from resolution 2026DECR000062 of May 11, 2026 of the mayor of Tavèrnoles, which calls for subsidies aimed at granting aid to families with people with serious dependencies in their own social and usual family environment, respecting the desire to remain at home. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Date Base (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries of these subsidies may be people registered in the municipality of Tavèrnoles with a degree of dependency according to the scales of assessment of degrees of dependency determined by Law 39/2006, of December 14, on the promotion of personal autonomy and care for people in a situation of dependency and Royal Decree 174/2011, of February 11, approving the scale of assessment of the situation of dependency established in the aforementioned law. Second. Object. The Object of the subsidies of this call is the acquisition of material or provision of services intended for the care of the dependent family member. Third. Regulatory bases. By agreement of the Plenary Session of March 25, 2019, the Regulatory Bases for the granting of these subsidies by the Tavèrnoles City Council were approved. These Regulatory Bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province on April 2, 2019. Fourth. Amount. The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2026 for the granting of the subsidies subject to this call will be 300 euros and will be charged to the applications and for the following maximum amounts: 231 48008: 300 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin from the publication of this call in the BOP of Barcelona and in the National Subsidies Database and will end on October 31, 2026 from this publication.
