First. Beneficiaries. Fathers, mothers or guardians, registered in Tavèrnoles, who meet the requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary according to article 13 of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies and who have to carry out therapeutic treatments of a psychological, speech therapy or psychomotor nature, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of the subsidies in this call is to cover expenses derived from therapeutic treatments of a psychological nature, speech therapy and psychomotor type for children from 0 to 16 years of age. Third. Regulatory bases. By agreement of the Plenary Session of March 25, 2019, the Regulatory Bases for the granting of these subsidies by the Tavèrnoles City Council were approved. These Regulatory Bases were published in the Official Gazette of the Province on April 2, 2019. Fourth. Amount. The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2026 for the granting of the subsidies subject to this call will be 500 euros and will be charged to the applications and for the following maximum amounts: 310 48009: 500 euros.
