Call for the granting of aid for the implementation of Plans for the Generation of Transfer and Collaborative Transfer Projects, 85% co-financed by ERDF, through the presentation of expressions of interest, 2026

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. These aids may be requested by 1. The Knowledge Transfer Units -UTCs- of the UCLM created in accordance with the Resolution of 20/12/2024 of the University of Castilla-La Mancha published in DOCM no. 11 page 1633, of January 16, 2024, which are now called “Stable” UTCs as long as they continue to meet the same requirements and maintain at least 75% of their UCLM components. 2. The Knowledge Transfer Units -UTCs- of the UCLM created in accordance with the requirements established in the modified bases order of Resolution March 27, 2026 (DOCM no. 70 page 12944 of April 15, 2026, set out in Annex I) and which will be renamed “New” UTCs. The UTCs will be able to access the corresponding call provided that at the time of completion of the submission of the applications they meet the requirements established in the regulatory bases and maintain the conditions required during the execution period of the transfer project in either of the two modalities. Each UTC will be identified with a single name and acronym, and may submit a single application in each of the modalities provided for in the call from which it may be a beneficiary. Failure to do so will be grounds for exclusion of all applications submitted. Membership in more than one established UTC will lead to expulsion in both. Second. Object. Financial funds are provided for the granting of aid for the implementation of Plans for the Generation of Transfer -PGT- and Collaborative Transfer Projects -PTC-, under a competitive competition regime and in accordance with the principles of publicity, objectivity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination, which allow intensifying the relationship with the environment and transfer capabilities and services through the hiring of personnel and other financeable activities, in accordance with the provisions of the classification established in the third article, within the framework of the Plan. Own Transfer. The purpose of granting aid will be to promote, incentivize and intensify the transfer of knowledge between the research structures of the UCLM and the companies and institutions in its socioeconomic environment through the Knowledge Transfer Units (UTCs) in the different areas of knowledge. The modalities of the aid granted may be classified depending on the type of transfer activity to be carried out: a) Plans for the Generation of Transfer (PGT); b) Collaborative Transfer Project (PTC). The aid provided for transfer plans and/or collaborative projects may fully or partially finance the budget included in the corresponding applications without, in any case, including possible co-financing, exceeding the actual cost of the funded activity. The aid will be biennial with a maximum duration of 36 months. After 18 months, extraordinary aid may be called for those applications that did not obtain financing based on budget availability. This action, which is expected to be 85% co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within the framework of the Feder Program for Castilla-La Mancha in the period 2021-2027, is aligned with the objectives and lines of action of the Spanish Science, Technology and Innovation Strategy 2021-2027. Likewise, this aid is contributing to the priorities of the European Union in terms of economic, social and territorial cohesion through strategic investments that result in the economic growth of the region. Third. Regulatory bases. Order of modified regulatory bases (DOCM no. 70 page 12944 of April 15, 2026) and regulatory bases that are part of the full text of the call. Room. Amount of aid. The budget of this call amounts to 2,000,000 euros. The individualized amount of the aid will be determined based on the order of scores obtained in each plan and/or project after applying the assessment criteria provided in the call. The maximum total amount that can be financed for each project according to its modality will be: a) Plans for the Generation of Transfer (PGT): up to a maximum of 15,000 euros; b) Collaborative Transfer Project (PTC): up to a maximum of 25,000 euros.
