Summary

Official description of the call
First: Beneficiaries. The non-governmental entities and organizations that attend this call, in addition to the general requirements established in article 3 of the regulatory bases order, must meet, as of the date of publication of the call, the requirements set out in the fourth section of the Resolution. Public law entities, universities, political parties, professional associations, civil societies, business organizations, unions, and any other entities with similar specific purposes and nature as those mentioned above will not be understood to be included. Entities that meet any of the circumstances contained in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the LGS and in article 21 of the LGS Regulations may not be beneficiaries of subsidies. Second: Object. The purpose of these subsidies is to finance the maintenance and operation of both the facilities and headquarters and its own ordinary activity of the state-wide associative and foundational movement linked to the area of competence and activity of the Women's Institute, in order to facilitate the availability of the necessary means to meet its objectives. Third: Regulatory Bases. Bases Order TAS/535/2007, of February 23 (B.O.E. of March 10), partially modified by Order TAS/2505/2007, of August 7 (B.O.E. of August 17) by which the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, aid and scholarships by the Women's Institute were established. Fourth: Amount. The subsidies will be financed from application 30.101.232B.481.01 of the expenses budget of the Women's Institute for the year 2025 extended to 2026, for an amount of up to 1,850,000 euros (one million eight hundred and fifty thousand euros). However, in the event of budget modification, or budget approval, the amount determined by said modification will be applied, without the funding of the subsidy exceeding a maximum of 5,000,000 euros. The maximum amount of the subsidy for each of the beneficiary entities will be €100,000. The minimum amount of the subsidy for each of the beneficiary entities will be €6,000. Fifth: Application submission deadline. It will be fifteen business days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the Subsidy Call Resolution in the B.O.E. Sixth: Other data.
