Call 2026 for Aid to Promote Self-Employment

Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries. Those self-employed workers who have registered in the corresponding Special Social Security Regime in the period between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 to carry out an activity in the Principality of Asturias for a minimum period of 2 years and meet the other requirements established in the regulatory bases of these subsidies may be beneficiaries of this aid. Second.- Object. These subsidies are intended to promote the creation of self-employment in the Principality of Asturias by promoting the incorporation of people registered and registered as unemployed job seekers in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed or Self-Employed Workers (hereinafter, RETA) or as self-employed workers in the Special Social Security Regime for Sea Workers (hereinafter, REMAR). Third. -Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases approved by Resolution of May 11, 2023, of the Ministry of Industry, Employment and Economic Promotion (BOPA of 05/22/2023) which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of Aid to the Promotion of Self-Employment. Fourth.- Amount The maximum total amount authorized will be two million five hundred thousand euros (€2,500,000.00), which will be paid from the budget application 14.04.322L.471.030 Aid to the Promotion of Self-Employment (PEP 2025/000509 FSE+ Aid to the Promotion of Self-Employment) of the General Budgets of the Principality of Asturias for 2025. Likewise, and for the purposes provided for in article 58.2 of Royal Decree 887/2006, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an additional amount of one million euros (€1,000,000.00) will be established, the application of which to the The granting of these subsidies will not require a new call, the one issued now serving all purposes. The effectiveness of said additional amount is conditional on the availability of credit as a consequence of the circumstances indicated in the aforementioned article, where applicable, prior approval of the appropriate budget modification, at a time prior to the Resolution granting the subsidy, and the corresponding expenditure file must be processed for the amount declared available. In accordance with the provisions of article 58.5 of the aforementioned regulation, the granting body must publish the declaration of available credits prior to the granting resolution in the same media as the call, without such publicity implying the opening of the deadline to submit new applications or the start of a new calculation of the deadline to resolve. In accordance with the third regulatory basis, the amount of the subsidy will be a fixed amount whose value will be established in each call for each group of beneficiary self-employed workers and may not exceed 7,200 euros. The determination of the groups of self-employed workers and their amounts, taking into account the provisions of article 10 of Law 2/2024, of April 30, on Demographic Promotion, are the following: a) Self-employed workers with tax domicile in demographically dynamic Councils: 3,400.00 euros. b) Self-employed people with tax domicile in demographically unstable Councils: 3,800.00 euros. c) Self-employed workers with tax domicile in Councils in demographic crisis: 4,200.00 euros. d) Self-employed workers with tax domicile in Councils at risk of depopulation: 4,600.00 euros. The demographic zoning of the applicable councils is that in force in Decree 83/2025, of June 23, which establishes the demographic zoning and regulates the Synthetic Indicator of Demographic State of the Principality of Asturias, and is listed in the Annex to the call. If the available credit does not allow the granting of subsidies for the maximum amount provided for in these bases to all applicants who meet the required requirements, the competent body will proceed to prorate the maximum overall amount allocated to the subsidies among the beneficiaries. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias.
