Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona: DIPUTACIÓN DE TARRAGONA Culture Social and Cultural Promotion Area The Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Tarragona, in a session on May 12, 2026, has approved the following call. First. Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of these subsidies are the town councils, the decentralized municipal entities and the entities that depend on them, belonging to municipalities of less than 20,000 inhabitants in the Tarragona district. Municipal music schools authorized by the Department of Education are excluded, given that they may be beneficiaries of another line of subsidies from the Provincial Council of Tarragona that is specifically directed at them. Second. Purpose Cooperate with these municipalities in the maintenance and consolidation of medium and long-term musical training activity, which directly impacts their cultural life and promotes the artistic sensitivity of citizens of all ages through the theoretical acquisition of knowledge and practice in the field of music. Third. Subsidized activities All medium or long-term activities open to citizens that are carried out in the Tarragona district and that aim to promote knowledge and learning in the musical field are admitted, such as courses, workshops, etc. Each of the activities that are subsidized must be scheduled continuously for at least one month, even if it is with a non-regular periodicity. Room. Regulatory bases General bases for subsidies of the Provincial Council of Tarragona published in the BOP of Tarragona on February 27, 2019. Fifth. Budget credit and maximum total amount The maximum total amount of the subsidies called is estimated and is 135,000 euros charged to the budget application 2010-334-46208 of the budget for the year 2027. The granting of the subsidies included in this call is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the year 2027. This maximum amount can be extended in accordance with the applications received and the budgetary availability. Sixth. Maximum individualized amount of the subsidy The total credit available for the call is distributed among all applications received and accepted for processing and is subsidized up to 90% of the eligible budget and up to the maximum amount of €15,000 per entity and NIF. Seventh. Deadline for submission of applications The submission of applications begins the day following the publication of this call in the BOPT and ends on June 30, 2026. Eighth. Application submission form It is mandatory to submit the grant application and the rest of the documentation through the specific electronic procedure enabled at: https://seuelectronica.dipta.cat, electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Tarragona.
