Official description of the call
1.- Object. The purpose of the call is the award of subsidies for young people in order to offer leisure alternatives as well as tourist activities at affordable prices, in this case being a trip to Port Aventura and Ferrari Land, with the following characteristics: Number of places: 200 people, June 25, 2026. Admission + ticket plus one day / two parks PortAventura and Ferri Land Transport: Bus transfer of the people participating in the program from Paterna and in the afternoon, at the agreed time, transfer to Paterna. Other services not included in the purpose of the subsidy cannot be added. 2.- Requirements to obtain the status of subsidy beneficiary: Those interested who meet the following conditions, including those provided for in the Municipal Ordinance, will be eligible for the subsidies: Being Spanish or a foreigner with legal residence in Spain and registered in the town of Paterna. Foreigners residing in the municipality may benefit as long as they meet the conditions of Organic Law 4/2000, on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain. Young people between 18 and 30 years old (both included). They must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as not have debts with the City Council. Not having to justify any other subsidy granted by the City Council. Hold the status of beneficiary of public subsidies in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. 3.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin on May 29, as long as the ordinance is approved until June 5 of this year, and must be done by the means recognized in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. 4.- Documentation to present: Application signed by the applicant according to the model provided by the City Council. Proof of payment of the price of the trip, which will not exceed 50% of the price/place awarded for the service contract; non-inclusion will lead to the rejection of the request. Regardless of the documentation required, the Paterna City Council reserves the right to request whatever information and complementary documentation it deems necessary.
