BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/xxxx). First. Beneficiary entities Fishermen's guilds and their federations, fishing producer organizations, legally recognized associative entities made up of professionals in the fishing sector and non-profit entities made up exclusively of fishermen's guilds and their federations may be beneficiaries of the subsidies. Second. Purpose This order aims to establish the general regulatory bases and the call for the year 2026 for the granting, on a competitive basis, of aid to collective projects, co-financed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFA), that contribute to strengthening the management of artisanal coastal fishing resources to guarantee an economic, social and environmentally sustainable activity (procedure code PE209P). Third. Regulatory bases Order of May 11, 2026 establishing the general regulatory bases and convening for the year 2026, on a competitive basis, aid for collective projects, co-financed by the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF), that contribute to strengthening the management of artisanal coastal fishing resources to guarantee an economic, social and environmentally sustainable activity (procedure code PE209P). Room. Amount In the year 2026, the aid will be granted under budget applications 16.03.723A.770.1 and 16.03.723A.781.0, project code 2023 00180, in which there is adequate and sufficient credit in the general budgets of the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2026. The maximum amount of the subsidies that will be granted in 2026 will be five million one hundred thousand euros (€5,100,000.00), distributed in two annuities: - Annuity 2026: €2,533,000.00 - Annuity 2027: €2,567,000.00 Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this order in the Official Gazette of Galicia. The last day of the deadline will be understood to be the day corresponding to the same ordinal day of publication. If in the expiration month there is no day equivalent to the initial day of the calculation, it will be understood that the term will expire on the last day of the month. If the last day of the period is a non-business day, it will be deemed extended to the first following business day. If the available credit is not exhausted, or if it is subsequently increased by virtue of resignations, modification of granting resolutions or additional budget allocations, a new resolution proposal may be issued, in which the applications that are part of the reserve list referred to in article 21.2 of the order will be taken into account.
