TEXT In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es) and in the electronic headquarters of the Secastilla City Council. The following will be eligible for the subsidies from this call: — People registered in the municipality for more than 5 years. If the applicant is under 5 years of age, a registration certificate from one of the parents or legal guardian will be provided. Second. Purpose The purpose of the subsidy is to promote the carrying out of sports and highly competitive activities. Financing part of the acquisition of sports equipment for the practice of the sport of which one is federated and the travel expenses for competitions and federation expenses; as well as promoting the increase in people who register in the different sports Federations. Fourth. Amount of aid. The aid granted will be paid, in accordance with budgetary regulations, in the 2026 financial year, in which the spending commitment will be acquired. They will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province, until December 30 of the present; as stated in article 6.2 of Royal Decree 130/2019, of March 8, which regulates the National Subsidies Database and the advertising of subsidies and other public aid. The following documents must be attached to the application: — Documents that prove the personality of the applicant. —Responsible declaration that the applicant does not have any of the circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, established in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies. — Documentary accreditation of participation in the competitions — Third Party File In the event that the required documents were already in the possession of the City Council, the applicant, provided that no more than five years have elapsed since the completion of the procedure to which they correspond, may make use of their right not to present it, stating the date and the body or agency in which they were presented or issued.
