OPEN CALL FOR AID TO CITY COUNCIL TO REINFORCE THE TOURISM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE PROVINCE OF ALBACETE DURING THE YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

Environment Service, 2030 Agenda and Demographic Challenge (Tourism Section) Decree no. 2998, of June 19, 2026, of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Albacete, which approves the Open Call for Aid to Town Councils to Strengthen the Tourism Management System of the Province of Albacete during the year 2026. BDNS (identification): 906140 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias (and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council, www.dipualba.es, in the Subsidies and Aids). First.- Beneficiaries: The Town Councils of the Province of Albacete will be able to access this aid. Second.- Purpose: The aid granted will be used for the hiring of professional staff to manage and boost local tourism from offices and/or municipal tourist information points, as well as for the programming of activities that sustainably promote the resources and/or the offer of tourist products in the province of Albacete (starlight, birdwatching, oleotourism, culture, archaeology, nature, sport, etc.), during the periods between January 1 and November 16, 2026. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The Ordinance of the bases that regulate the granting of aid to City Councils for tourism promotion activities excluded from specific calls, considering as definitive the approval adopted by Plenary agreement dated May 8, 2018, published in the Official Gazette of the province of Albacete number 88, of July 27, 2018, as well as the General Ordinance Regulating the subsidies to be granted by the Excma. Provincial Council of Albacete, whose latest modification has been published in BOP no. 8 of January 19, 2024 Fourth.- Amount: The maximum global amount of aid granted under this call will be €150,000 charged to the budget of the Excma. Provincial Council for the financial year 2026. The maximum unit amount of subsidies granted under this call may not exceed 3,000 euros. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, and will remain open for twenty calendar days, being resolved in a single phase. Sixth.- Submission of applications: The Town Councils must complete the electronic application form available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Albacete and attach a report or project, according to art. 3 of the Bases of the Open Call for Aid to Strengthen the Tourism Management System of the Province of Albacete during the year 2026 in www.dipualba.es, section “Subsidies and aid”, signed electronically, through the subsidies platform, which will allow sending through the Telematic Registry regulated by the Regulation published in the B.O.P. number 7 dated January 18, 2008.
