Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Young Spanish graduates who meet the requirements set out in section 2 of the call resolution. Second. Purpose of the call: Grant up to twelve scholarships to young Spanish graduates to complete a master's degree in one of the following specialties/areas of study offered by the College of Europe: European Economic Studies (ECO) (Bruges Campus, Belgium). 2 scholarships. European Law (LAW) (Bruges Campus, Belgium). 2 Political Studies and European Governance (POL) scholarships (Bruges Campus, Belgium). 2 International Relations and Diplomatic Studies (IRD) scholarships (Bruges Campus, Belgium). 2 scholarships. European Interdisciplinary Studies (EIS) (Natolin Campus, Poland). 2 scholarships. European Transformation and Integration - The EU and Southeast Europe (ETI) (Tirana Campus, Albania). 2 scholarships. Third. Regulatory bases: Order AEC/1098/2005, of April 11, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, scholarships and aid for training, research, exchange, promotion, and travel and stay of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation (BOE no. 99, of April 26, 2005). Fourth Amount: Total amount: 282,000.00 euros. The amount of an individual scholarship is 23,500.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 10 business days counting from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official State Gazette. The time regime for calculating deadlines will be established in accordance with the official calendar, date and time published on the AECID electronic headquarters. Sixth. Other information of interest. The request must be completed duly and entirely in Spanish by the petitioners in the corresponding form electronically, created at www.aecid.gob.es in a complete and truthful manner. Before filling out the online scholarship application form, interested persons must be registered in the citizen's folder at the AECID electronic headquarters for identification and notification purposes. To sign and send the application it is essential to possess an electronic certificate of a natural person, which must be issued by one of the certification authorities recognized by the General Administration of the State. The electronic certificate with which the application is submitted must correspond to the applicant. Only one scholarship application can be submitted per person. In accordance with Order AEC/2776/2011, of October 7 (BOE no. 251, of October 18), communication with the AECID using only electronic means is mandatory.
