Official description of the call

First. Object. Publish the credits available in the 2026 budget year for the granting of the aid provided for in Decree 21/2026, of April 21, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies aimed at hiring unemployed people in the field of home care to promote the reconciliation of family and work life. Second. Help lines. Line 1: Aid intended for the initial hiring of unemployed people for the home care of sons and daughters under fourteen years of age or a dependent family member up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of the beneficiary. Third. Beneficiary entities. Beneficiary entities may be employed or self-employed persons who hire a caregiver. Room. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for these subsidies are established in Decree 21/2026, of April 21, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies aimed at hiring unemployed people in the field of home care to promote the reconciliation of family and work life. Fifth. Financing and amount of subsidies. The budgetary credit available for the financial year 2026 amounts to 1,000,000.00 euros, charged to program 322B "Promotion and Management of Employment", of the General Directorate of Employment. Sixth. Eligible period. Contracts formalized in the period between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, both included, will be eligible for subsidies. Seventh. Deadline and form of submission of applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications for the 2026 financial year will begin the day following the publication of this resolution in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha, and this extract, and will end on October 30, 2026. 2. Within the deadline indicated in the previous section, the submission of applications will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of resolution Four of this resolution. 3. The applications corresponding to line 1 will be directed to the person in charge of the General Directorate of Employment, by formalizing Annex I accompanied by Annexes IV and V, and, where appropriate, by Annex VII, which may be submitted by any of the following means: a) Preferably electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es). When submitted in this way, the documentation will be digitized and presented along with the application, as files attached to it. b) By submitting it in any of the registries and by the means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
