Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following persons may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: Legal entities that develop programs, projects or activities that correspond to the subsidy lines and the strategic objectives established in the 2026-2027 Strategic Subsidy Plan indicated in section 1 of this call. Groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic community or separate assets that, although they do not have legal personality, prove that they have a tax identification number, in addition to developing programs, projects or activities that correspond with the subsidy lines and the strategic objectives established in the Strategic Plan2 Subsidies2 of this call. The requirements for the application and the way to accredit them are included in the particular bases of the call. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to contribute to the development of programs, projects and activities of citizen entities that promote an activity of public utility, social interest or promotion of the achievement of a public purpose, whose purpose corresponds to the following strategic objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2026-2027, the management service indicated below Strategic objective: SO1: “To become an inclusive and diverse that favors the reduction of inequalities”Subsidy line: OE1-01: “Support programs for entities that act in the field of the group with functional diversity”Management area: City of Rights AreaManaging service: Functional diversity Strategic objective: OE1:“Become an inclusive and diverse city that favors the reduction of inequalities”Subsidy line: OE1-06: “Support for projects of entities in the field of social services, equality and diversity, and community development”Management area: City of Rights AreaManaging service: Social Services, Equality and LGTBI Strategic objective: SO5: “Becoming a healthy, resilient and sustainable city”Subsidy line: SO5-02: “Health education and promotion programs”Management area: City of Rights AreaManaging service: Third Health. SOCIAL SERVICES Initial credit: €84,900.00 Budget application: 212603 2312 2,489.00.00Denomination of the application: TRANSFERS TO FAMILIES AND NON-PROFIT INSTITUTIONS Initial credit: €45,100.00 Budget application: 212603 2317 2,489.00.00Denomination of the application: SUBSIDIES WELCOME AND FUNCTIONAL DIVERSITYInitial credit: €72,000.00 Budget application: 212603 3110 2,489.00.00Denomination of the application: TRANSFERS TO FAMILIES AND NON-PROFIT INSTITUTIONSInitial credit: €33,717.00 Budget application: 212603 3110 2,489.00.01Denomination of the application: TRANSFERS TO FAMILIES AND NON-PROFIT INSTITUTIONS MENTAL HEALTH PROJECT FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE Initial credit: €200,000.00 As a general rule, subsidies will not exceed 50% of the total budget of the project, program or activity. However, the Qualifying Commission may propose that this percentage be exceeded or that up to 100% of said budget be subsidized, after justification of the circumstances of local public interest by the instructor who endorses it. In no case may the proposed amount exceed the amount requested by the beneficiary. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. Any documentation related to these Bases (applications, forms, allegations, etc.), which must be submitted, will be done in electronic format.
