First. Beneficiaries: Non-profit entities, clubs and associations, legally constituted and registered with headquarters and operations in the municipalities of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region, may apply for these subsidies. Each entity or association may request a grant for a single project. Second. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to regulate subsidies to cover part of the cost of acquiring advertising material, merchandising or printing services (posters, brochures) or material in the form of a gift directly related to the event carried out up to a maximum of 75% of the expense and a maximum of €300 and that is actually carried out in any of the eleven municipalities of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region. Third. Regulatory Bases General Ordinance approving the Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region, published in BOPH No. 92 dated March 1, 2021. Fourth. Amount: This call is funded from the budget application for the year 2026. 4320.48001 for the amount of €3,000. The maximum amount to be awarded to each beneficiary may not exceed 75% of the cost. Fifth. Application submission period: The application submission period will be open from the day following the publication of this call in the BOP of Huesca until December 10, 2026. Applications will be addressed to the president of the Bajo Cinca/Baix Cinca Region and will be presented in the corresponding electronic registry. Sixth. Other information: The beneficiaries must accept the subsidy granted and the conditions derived from its granting, understood to be accepted if, within a maximum period of 10 days counted from the day following its notification, they have not renounced it in writing.
