Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: Sports entities that meet the following requirements may apply for a subsidy: Have domicile and headquarters in Aspe. Be registered in the Registry of Sports Entities of the Valencian Community and in the Municipal Registry of Sports Associations of the Aspe City Council. Be part of the Aspe Municipal Sports Council on the date of approval of the call, with representation on it. Be registered with the Treasury and have the corresponding C.I.F. The other requirements established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Second. Purpose: Granting of subsidies for sports entities within the municipal area of Aspe Tercero. Regulatory bases: Specific Municipal Ordinance on subsidies to sports entities. B.O.P.A. dated July 13, 2010, no. 131, modification no. 2 B.O.P.A. dated July 9, 2018, no. 129, modification no. 3 B.O.P.A. dated September 13, 2022, No. 174. Fourth. Amount: Maximum amount: €100,000.00. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications: Applications will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, within a period of fifteen calendar days counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante.
