Extract from Decree no. 2026-2383, dated June 19, 2026, of the Presidency, which approves the "Call for the granting of subsidies for the financing of investment expenses in Residential Centers for the elderly 2026". First.- Purpose.-The purpose of the subsidies of this program will be to contribute to the permanence of the Residential Centers for the elderly in the province of Teruel and to the improvement of the care of users, through the financing of the acquisition of new equipment and the works necessary for the adaptation and rehabilitation of the aforementioned centers, all with the aim of providing adequate and quality care, improving the care of the elderly in the province. Second.- Execution period.-The The execution period of the projects/activities object of this call will cover from September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026. Third.- Requirements of the beneficiaries.- All entities that apply for this subsidy must meet, at the end of the application submission period, the following requirements that must be maintained, at least, until the final justification date provided for in this call: Be the owner of residential centers intended for the care of the elderly. located in the province of Teruel, in which the subsidized action is carried out and are accredited as a non-profit entity, nor do they depend economically or institutionally on for-profit entities. Be managed directly or depend on City Councils, Associations, Foundations, Religious Orders or Boards of Trustees that own residential centers for the care of the elderly that have assumed the management of the center directly or indirectly. Be legally constituted and duly registered in the Registry of Entities, Centers and Social Services of Aragon, in accordance with Decree 82/1989 of June 20 of the General Provincial Council of Aragon, both the owner of the residence and whoever carries out the management directly or indirectly, (their registration in the registry must be specifically proven). It is considered that registration in said Registry entails the necessary accreditation and administrative authorization for the installation and operation of the residential center that is the subject of the call. Have appropriate social purposes for carrying out the activities considered financeable. Be up to date with compliance with tax obligations and with Social Security as well as with the Provincial Treasury. Have sufficient structure in the territorial area of the province of Teruel to guarantee the fulfillment of its purposes. Have a boarding school regime. Day centers, pensioners' homes and clubs and any other type of centers that are not residences are excluded from the call. Fourth.- Presentation of applications and documentation.-Requests will be submitted exclusively through the Electronic Headquarters of the Provincial Council of Teruel. The request will contain the following documentation: A) Instance from the legal representative of the Entity, addressed to the Ilmo. Mr. President of the Provincial Council of Teruel, adjusted to the model published in this call. B) If the beneficiary is a legal entity governed by private law, which cannot be for profit, it must attach a copy of the deed or document of incorporation, the statutes or founding act in which the rules by which the activity is regulated are recorded, duly registered, where appropriate in the corresponding Public Registry, depending on the type of legal entity in question, CIF, as well as accreditation of the power of representation and the IBAN. If the aforementioned documentation is already in the possession of the Provincial Council of Teruel, may indicate it in the application (Annex A), being exempt from its presentation. C) Detailed report, signed by the person holding the legal representation, indicating the investments that are going to be carried out, describing the objectives and fulfillment of the purpose intended with the subsidy, in accordance with the planned budget. D) Total budget of the project, differentiating the amount of the subsidy requested from the Provincial Council of Teruel, the amount obtained through other subsidies and the financing of the requesting entity itself, if applicable. E) Accreditation
