ANNOUNCEExtract from the call for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at granting aid for inclusive socio-educational summer activities for families registered in Torroella de Montgrí and Estartit. Description of the call: Resolution of the Local Government Board, dated March 26, 2026 and Decree no. 1995/2026, by which the regulatory bases are approved for the granting of aid for inclusive socio-educational summer activities for children from 3 years old (born in 2023) to 12 years old (born in 2014) of our municipality: for the AEiG Montgrí activity. As reported in Law 13/2006 of 27 July, of social benefits of an economic nature from the Generalitat of Catalonia, the monetary contributions granted by the Torroella de Montgrí City Council that have the purpose of addressing certain situations of need in which people find themselves who do not have sufficient resources to face them and are not in a position to obtain them or receive them from other sources. It will not be applicable in the following cases:- When you are not up to date with compliance with the tax obligations of the State and Generality of Catalonia imposed by current legislation.- When you are not up to date with compliance with the obligations of Social Security imposed by current legislation.- When one is not aware of compliance with the fiscal and financial obligations of the Torroella de Montgrí City Council.- When one has been sanctioned by a final resolution with the loss of the possibility of obtaining subsidies according to the General Subsidy Law 38/2003, of November 17, or General Tax Law. Object:The purpose of this call is to grant aid for inclusive socio-educational summer activities that are offered to children in Torroella de Montgrí and Estartit. The procedure for this subsidy will be through competitive competition.
