Official description of the call
FIRST. BENEFICIARIES: Non-profit entities that meet the following requirements will be recipients of these subsidies: a) Be legally constituted and registered in the corresponding Registry on the end date of the application submission period. b) Be registered and have updated documentation in the Municipal Registry of Associations on the end date of the application submission period. c) Have a registered office or permanent delegation in the city of Burgos and its scope of action is the aforementioned municipality. d) That they develop programs and activities in any of the areas of intervention described in base 4 of this call. The data provided may be transferred to the National Subsidies Database, and could also be provided to other public entities for the purposes of verifying their veracity and the correct application of the subsidized amount. SECOND. OBJECT. The object of this call is the regulation of subsidies to non-profit entities for programs or activities aimed at the social and labor integration of immigrants, management of diversity and promotion of multicultural social cohesion in the following areas of intervention: a) Awareness-raising, social participation and associations. b) Social services and health. c) Educational actions. d) Dissemination of cultural diversity. e) Promotion of Women. f) Training and Pre-employment Programs. g) Accommodation and housing. h) Promotion of equal treatment and non-discrimination. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. https://www.aytoburgos.es/-/ordenanza-general-de-subvenciones FOURTH. AMOUNT. The granting of subsidies will be charged to the corresponding item of the municipal budget for the year 2026, with a credit assigned to it in the amount of €50,000. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the announcement of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. SIXTH. OTHER DATA. Applicants for the subsidy included in this call will submit through the Electronic Headquarters of the Burgos City Council (https://sede.aytoburgos.es) without prejudice to its presentation through the modalities established in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, the following documentation: a) Instance addressed to the Hon. Burgos City Council, in accordance with the model that appears in ANNEX I, with indication of the email that must be used for the purpose of informing about the availability of notifications in electronic form. b) Project report specifying the rationale, description of objectives, activities to be carried out, evaluation method and project execution deadlines. c) Financial report detailing, by items, the total cost of the program or programs subject to subsidy, as well as the forecast for its financing and the amount requested from this City Council; specifying the amount requested for each of the services, programs and projects that are the subject of the request. d) Documentation accrediting the Non-Governmental Entity or Organization in public records where it is recorded. e) Statutes of the Entity and copy of the Entity's Tax Identification Code, in the event that it is the first time that this call is submitted or they have been totally or partially modified. O Responsible declaration that the Statutes of the Entity and the C.I.F. Those already in municipal power have not undergone any modification. f) Document accrediting the composition of the Board of Directors of the Entity or Association, indicating the management positions and whether they are remunerated or not; number of workers of the Entity or Association and their remuneration. In addition, it will include the total budget of the Entity, indicating the percentage of it corresponding to subsidies or public income. g) Third Party Registration Form (Annex II) duly completed and whose ownership must always correspond to the entity that submits the request. Only new requesting entities or those that have changed their bank account number will submit it. h) Declaration according to the model in Annex III. i) Entities that intervene with minors must present the certificate that certifies the absence or nonexistence of crimes of a sexual nature by their professionals or volunteers.
