Municipal Call for Subsidies for private, non-profit entities, for the development of programs to promote Gender Equality, prevent gender violence and promote women. APSAL WOMAN, YEAR 2026

Official description of the call

FIRST. BENEFICIARIES: Non-profit Entities, registered in the Municipal Registry of associations that have a registered office or permanent delegation in Burgos and whose scope of action is this municipality, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Subsidies will not be granted to those applicants who have been beneficiaries of a municipal subsidy previously granted until it is justified in accordance with the rules established in the corresponding calls and Bases for Execution of the Municipal Budget. Likewise, those who are involved in any of the causes of nullity or voidability may not be beneficiaries. The following are excluded due to incompatibility: Any entity that has a valid Agreement with the City Council of Burgos for the same purpose, the possibility of receiving an ordinary subsidy from the same being automatically annulled, except in exceptional cases duly justified and prior municipal technical assessment. Any Entity that has opted for the ordinary call for subsidies from other Areas of the Burgos City Council for the same purpose. ¿The incompatibility between Burgos City Council and other Administrations will be determined by: - ​​The express incompatibility specified in the Bases of other Administrations. - The amount and special nature of the type of subsidized Project. Likewise, no subsidy will be granted to those entities that are involved in any of the cases contemplated in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Entities that present a project to be developed in a year other than 2026 will not obtain a subsidy in this call. The data provided may be transferred to the National Subsidies Database. Likewise, they could be provided to other public entities, for the purposes of verifying their veracity and the correct application of the subsidized amount. SECOND. OBJECT. The activities carried out by Women's Associations or non-profit entities that develop actions for the promotion of gender equality, for the prevention of gender violence and for the promotion of women and that contemplate the following objectives will be subject to subsidy: a) Improve social awareness on Equal Opportunities between women and men in Burgos. b) Empower the role of women in society. c) Promote the training and labor insertion of women in those areas in which they are underrepresented. d) Address the specific and collective problems of women in Burgos. e) Promote the equitable distribution of domestic responsibilities. f) Increase the social and political participation of women. g) Promote awareness about violence in emotional relationships in general and, specifically, towards women. h) Prevent Gender Violence and promote equal relationships. i) Promote models of egalitarian masculinities. These subsidies will be awarded on a competitive basis. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES. https://www.aytoburgos.es/-/ordenanza-general-de-subvenciones FOURTH. AMOUNT. The amount assigned will be that indicated in the Budgets of the Burgos City Council for the year 2026, with a total amount of €50,000. FIFTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. SIXTH. OTHER DATA. The requesting Entities must present the following documentation at the Electronic Headquarters of the Burgos City Council or in the Common Electronic Registry: a) Instance addressed to the Hon. Burgos City Council in accordance with the standardized model (Annex I). b) Sworn declaration from the competent body regarding the registration of the requesting entity in the Municipal Registry of Associations. c) Responsible declaration of the applicant entity that it is up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies and that it is not subject to any of the prohibitions to be a beneficiary of a subsidy contemplated in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. d) Photocopy of the Tax Identification Number. e) Document accrediting the composition of the Board of Directors of the Entity or Association, indicating the positions
