Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, 2003, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database, http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans): First. Beneficiaries The municipalities of the province of Valencia with up to 20,000 inhabitants will be eligible for this call for subsidies, according to the INE data published in Royal Decree 1117/2025, of December 3, by which the population figures resulting from the review of the Municipal Register referring to January 1, 2025 are declared official. Second. Object The purpose is the promotion of youth activities and collaboration in the development of projects and activities aimed at youth. In accordance with the provisions of articles 1.2.1 (carrying out youth activities) and 1.2.31 (collaboration with local entities in the development of projects and activities aimed at youth) of the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia (OGS). Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases of this call are established in the General Subsidies Ordinance (OGS) of the Provincial Council of Valencia, approved by Plenary agreement of March 28, 2017 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOP) no. 101, of May 29, 2017. Fourth. Financing and amount The financing of the global expenditure of 250,000 euros derived from the concession will be made effective from the budget application 621 33700 46200 (246000 euros) and 621 33700 46800 (4000 euros) of the Budget of the Provincial Council of Valencia for the year 2026. No own financing is required. Subsidy amount. The amount subsidized will depend on budget availability, and may not exceed ten thousand euros (10,000 euros) per beneficiary. In no case may the financial amount granted be higher than that requested and accredited. The estimated economic amounts of the subsidy are established in the following table: NUMBER OF INHABITANTS ESTIMATED SUBSIDY Up to 1,000 inhabitants. 1,000 euros From 1,001 to 2,500 inhabitants. 1,100 euros From 2,501 to 5,000 inhabitants. 1,200 euros From 5,001 to 10,000 inhabitants. 1,300 euros From 10,001 to 20,000 inhabitants. 1,400 euros Fifth. Submission of applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information The applications, addressed to the president of the Provincial Council, will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Valencia (www.sede.dival.es), in the City Councils folder. In these, it will be responsibly declared that the entity is not subject to any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary, provided for in article 13 of the LGS and in article 6 of the OGS. In the event that several applications are submitted within the deadline, the last one submitted will be deemed valid. The following documentation must be attached to the applications: a) Data on the 2026 municipal youth programming for which the subsidy is requested, which must expressly include at least the following points: • Description of the municipal youth programming. • The planned completion schedule. • Identification of the final beneficiaries. • The results that are intended to be obtained (objectives) and the way to measure these results (indicators and methodology). b) Detailed budget broken down by concept, which must contain the complete forecast of expenses and the complete forecast of income of the project activities, duly balanced between them, so that the total amount of income coincides with the total amount of expenses. The list of expected income must include, in all cases, the requested subsidy and, where applicable, the income derived from public prices of the activities, the own resources of the applicant entity and any other aid or subsidies granted, requests or whose request is planned to be made for the same purpose.
