Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: The different non-profit Associations of merchants of the municipal markets that develop programs, projects or activities that correspond to the subsidy line and the strategic objective established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2026-2027 indicated in section 1 of this call. The requirements for the application and the way to accredit them are included in the particular bases of the call. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to contribute to the development of programs, projects and activities of citizen entities that promote an activity of public utility, social interest or promotion of the achievement of a public purpose, the purpose of which corresponds to the following objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2026-2027, the subsidy lines, the Management Area and within this, the Management Service indicated below: Strategic Objective: OE2 Strengthen the productive, digital and innovative ecosystem to promote areas of new economic centrality and renewal of sectors of activity Subsidy line: OE2 01 Market Dynamization Projects Management area: Government Department of Proximity Economy of the Mayor-Presidency Area Management service: Third Markets. Regulatory bases. Particular bases approved by the Local Government Board on April 15, 2026 and published in the BOPB number CVE 202610074670 dated April 21, 2026 and in the DOGC dated April 21, 2026. Fourth. Amount. The amount of this call is set at the amount of €25,850.00, which will be allocated in the following budget application of the municipal budget for the year 2026: Budget application: 05 4312 24890000Denomination of the application: Transfers to families and non-profit associations Initial credit: €25,850.00As a general rule, subsidies will not exceed 50% of the total budget of the project, program or activity. However, the Qualifying Commission may propose that this percentage be exceeded or that up to 100% of said budget be subsidized, after justification of the circumstances of local public interest by the instructor body that endorses it. In no case may the proposed amount exceed the amount requested by the entity. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications for the type of general and specific subsidies will be twenty days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. Any documentation related to these Bases (applications, forms, allegations, etc.), which must be submitted, will be done in electronic format at the electronic headquarters of the City Council. Sixth. Other data. This call provides for the following subsidy modalities: General subsidies, when their purpose is to grant financial aid for the global financing of the activity that the beneficiary carries out from January 1 to December 31, 2026. Specific subsidies, when their purpose is to grant financial aid for the financing of an activity during the year 2026, except that a different execution period is set in the concession agreement, which may not exceed 12 months and always It has to start within this year. In accordance with articles 72 and 74 RGS, the justification of compliance with the conditions and objectives determined in the act of granting the subsidy will be accredited by means of a supporting account with the provision of supporting documents. Submission period: Unless a different deadline is set in the subsidy granting agreement considering the execution period of the subsidized project or the date of the resolution proposal, the justification will have to be presented within the period from the completion of the activity to on March 15, 2027.
