Official description of the call
Environment Service, 2030 Agenda and Demographic Challenge (Tourism Section) Decree no. 2,917, of June 16, 2026, of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Albacete, which approves the Open Call for Aid to Associations to carry out activities to promote and improve agri-food products in the Province of Albacete during the year 2026. BDNS (identification): 909441 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias (and in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council, www.dipualba.es, in the Subsidies and Aids). First.- Beneficiaries: Associations legally constituted and registered in the corresponding registry, which carry out their activity in the agri-food field of the province of Albacete, or whose corporate purpose or project presented is directly linked to the promotion or improvement of the agri-food products described in article 1. Second.- Purpose: The aid granted will be intended to promote the research, dissemination and marketing of local agri-food products, especially protected by figures of differentiated quality (D.O.P., I.G.P., E.T.G., organic production, quality brands); support the organization of fairs, conferences, competitions, markets and promotional gastronomic events; promote the link between the primary sector, agri-food transformation and the hospitality and catering industry of the territory and contribute to the establishment of the population in rural areas by highlighting local productions, during the periods between January 1 and November 16, 2026. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The Ordinance of the bases that regulate the granting of aid to Associations for the organization of actions to promote and improve agri-food products excluded from specific calls, is the General Regulatory Ordinance of the subsidies to be granted by the Excma. Provincial Council of Albacete, whose latest modification has been published in BOP no. 8 of January 19, 2024 Fourth.- Amount: The maximum global amount of aid granted under this call will be €60,000 charged to the budget of the Excma. Provincial Council for the year 2026. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will begin from the day following the publication of the announcement of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province, and will remain open for twenty calendar days, being resolved in a single phase. Sixth.- Submission of applications: Associations must complete the electronic application form available at the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Albacete and attach a report or project, according to article 6 of the Rules of the Open Call for Aid to Associations to carry out activities to promote and improve agri-food products in the Province of Albacete during the year 2026 at www.dipualba.es, section “Subsidies and aid”, signed electronically, through the subsidies platform, which will allow sending through the Telematic Registry regulated by the Regulation published in the B.O.P. number 7 dated January 18, 2008.
