Official description of the call
Subject to public information is the plenary agreement of this Provincial Council, dated May 7, 2026, regarding the initial approval of the Provincial Municipal Economic Concertation Plan for the year 2026. Energy supplies and corrective maintenance, for a period of ten days counted from the publication of the corresponding announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province no. 86, dated May 11, 2026, without allegations having been presented, and, once the credit modification file 26/2026 was definitively approved, the aforementioned Plan has been definitively approved. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the agreement, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and at the headquarters, is published, in order to open the deadline for the presentation of documentation by the beneficiary municipalities. electronic of the Provincial Council of Huesca (https://sede.dphuesca.es/): First. Beneficiaries Municipalities of the Province of Huesca, except the capital. Second. Purpose Intended to finance current expenses derived from energy supplies in public lighting and municipal facilities, as well as their corrective maintenance, corresponding to the fiscal year 2026. Current expenses corresponding to the fiscal year 2026 will be understood as the consumption of supplies of the last days of the previous fiscal year, included in the first invoice of the current fiscal year, provided that it is periodic billing. Third. Regulatory bases Plenary agreement dated May 7, 2026 that appears on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (www.dphuesca.es/web). Room. Amount 1. For municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants, 3,376,000 euros: a) Per municipality: 7,304 euros, that is, 1,424,280 euros for 195 municipalities. b) By inhabitants and singular entities: - By number of legal inhabitants, according to the population figures referring to January 1, 2025: 70% of the rest, that is, 1,366,204 euros. - By singular population entities, referred to the gazetteer of the National Statistics Institute: 30% of the rest, that is, 585,516 euros. 2. For municipalities with more than 5,000 inhabitants: 104,000 euros to each municipality, that is, 624,000 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submission of documentation In accordance with the wording of the Plan, beneficiaries must complete, electronically, the electronic form for sending documentation, attaching a responsible declaration and acceptance of the subsidy, as well as other complementary documentation specified therein, within a period of 10 days, counting from the day following the publication of this announcement of final approval of the Plan in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth. Other information The documentation to be presented will be formalized in the models that appear on the website of the Provincial Council of Huesca (www.dphuesca.es/planes-de-concertacion-municipal), specific for this procedure, and will be presented electronically.
