Official description of the call
Regulatory bases. The Specific Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime in the field of Social Rights, approved in the Plenary Session held on March 31, 2022 and modified in the plenary session on November 30, 2023 and published in the BOPB dated March 1, 2024, and 2025, this last modification published in the BOPB dated December 17, 2025. Purpose of the call. The purpose of this call is to regulate and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, justification and payment of subsidies granted under competitive competition by the Department of Education, within the Department of Community Services, in accordance with the budgetary limits, the strategic axes of the Corporation and in accordance with the forecasts contemplated in the 2025-2027 Plan. The subsidies awarded under this call have the objective of contributing to the financing of the cost of security personnel who are hired by associations and leisure and sports entities to facilitate the inclusion of children and young people with special educational needs who participate in summer leisure and sports centers that take place outside of June 2, 2 municipal facilities or other skills for this purpose. Purpose of the call. Comply with the Ripollet City Council's Strategic Subsidy Plan for the period 2025-2027, providing support to entities that organize leisure and sports summer camp activities, which promote civic values of respect and coexistence, in relation to axis 1. Move forward to improve people's quality of life. By promoting the participation of children and young people with special educational needs in these types of activities, it is possible to promote quality education and the reduction of inequalities, favoring the inclusion of this population group, in accordance with the objectives of the Strategic Subsidy Plan. These entities work to promote this inclusion throughout the year and especially in the summer period, understanding that this support for inclusion increases the economic expenditure of these non-profit entities, which must deal with the hiring of guardian personnel who provide this support to children and adolescents with special educational needs. Subsidy lines. This call provides for a single subsidy line with the name Promotion of inclusion in summer leisure and sports centers, where applicant entities may present a single project in this call. Budget credit. The budget allocation intended for the granting of the subsidies object of this call is: Line: INCLUSION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH SEN IN THE SUMMER CENTERS Budget Item: 308-326-48002 Amount: €60,000 This allocation will be charged to the 2026 budget. The maximum overall amount may be increased and will not require a new call, in accordance with article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. In addition to the indicated credit, an additional amount of €20,000 is established in the same item 308-326-48002. This credit is not available at the time of approval of this call, but will be available in the future as a result of the processing of the corresponding credit modification file. The extension of the call will be subject to the adoption of the corresponding agreement and prior limited inspection. Beneficiary entities. Leisure, sports, and cultural entities that have domicile, headquarters, delegation or work center in the municipality of Ripollet, Associations of mothers and fathers of students (AMPA), Associations of Families of Students (AFA) and Association of Families of Infants (AFI) summer camp in the municipality of Ripollet and that meet the requirements established in this call may be beneficiaries of this subsidy.
