First. - Object. The purpose of this subsidy is to facilitate the hiring and maintenance by insertion companies of technical personnel in charge of carrying out orientation actions, tutoring and personalized and assisted processes of paid work, on-the-job training, work and social habituation aimed at satisfying or resolving specific problems derived from the situation of exclusion. Likewise, this technical staff will prepare and develop itineraries that include the provision of guidance and preparation services for job insertion in the ordinary labor market of people in the insertion process. Second. - Beneficiaries. Qualified and registered job placement companies in accordance with the provisions of Decree 34/2007, of April 12, which regulates the qualification procedure for job placement companies and creates their administrative record, that carry out their activity in the territory of Castilla y León and meet the requirements established in the call order, may be beneficiaries. Third. - Regulatory bases. By Order IEM/1501/2023, of December 26, the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for the labor integration of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion in insertion companies are established. Room. – Amount. The maximum amount that can be awarded will be up to 33,250 euros per full-time contract for an eligible period of 12 months and will be intended to finance salary costs, including extraordinary payments and the business contribution to Social Security for all concepts of the technical personnel covered by this subsidy. This subsidy will be reduced proportionally based on the effective working time within the eligible period and the number of people in the integration process assisted, which may not be more than 12. Likewise, the subsidy will be reduced proportionally, when the jobs are part-time, but this cannot be, for the purposes of this subsidy, less than 50% of the full-time working day of a comparable working person. In no case may subsidization be made for a partial amount greater than the average part-time of workers in insertion positions subject to attention. Fifth. – Deadline for submitting applications. The grant application submission period will be from the day following the publication of this extract until September 15, 2026.
