Extract from the call: The Cabildo of Gran Canaria, through its Department of Education and Youth, calls for the “Gran Canaria Joven 2026 Talent Contest” with the purpose of promoting and encouraging the talent of young people on the island of Gran Canaria. The “Young Gran Canaria Talent Contest” arose with the purpose of discovering and stimulating the artistic and cultural talent of young people residing on the island of Gran Canaria. For its part, the “Young Art Contest”, in order to support, promote and disseminate the artistic creations of young people residing in Gran Canaria. All young people (natural persons) residing in any of the municipalities of Gran Canaria, with a minimum age of 14 years and a maximum age of 30 years, may attend this Call. To ensure eligibility, participants must be the minimum and maximum age required at the time the application submission period closes to participate. The contest categories are: music, dance, singing, short film, photography, painting, sculpture and comics.
