Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals who meet all the conditions established in the fifth basis of the call as of the end of the application submission period may apply for the subsidy. Second. Object. For the year 2026, on a competitive basis, the lines of subsidies are called to promote the establishment and settlement of the young population in the rural areas of Valladolid, being one of the priority objectives of the VI Provincial Youth Plan 2024-2027. Line A: subsidies to young people to finance technical fees for drafting projects and project management in 2026 for the construction or rehabilitation of single-family homes in rural areas in municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants. For the purposes of this call, and for this Line A, single-family housing is understood to be that property intended to be inhabited by a single family, with the subsidy being one whose construction or rehabilitation is self-promoted in accordance with the project presented. The drafting of projects and the voluntary management of the rehabilitation works of homes located in flats under a condominium regime or other types of non-self-promoted homes will also be subject to subsidy. To this end, rehabilitation will be understood as that intervention on a home aimed at satisfying and improving the basic requirements of the building, the intervention falling within the scope of the functionality, safety and habitability headings detailed in article 3 of the Building Planning Law 38/1999. Line B: subsidies to young people to finance amounts related to the ordinary installments paid in the year 2026 of the loans arranged for the acquisition of homes in municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants, up to seven or ten consecutive months, as appropriate. Public protection housing promoted by the Government of Castilla y León is exempt from this line of aid. Line C: subsidies to young people as financial support for the payment of housing rental in municipalities in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants for up to seven (or ten, as appropriate) consecutive months of the year 2026. Exceptions from this line of aid are publicly promoted housing, subleases, rentals of rooms or partial housing, rentals of premises used as housing and rentals for uses other than housing. Line D: subsidies to young people to support the financing of renovation works in 2026 that do not require a technical project to promote the improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability, conservation, improvement of safety of use and accessibility in homes. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount and eligible expenses Line A: initial credit of 35,000 euros. The maximum amount of subsidy per application in this line may not exceed 80% of the expenses for drafting the technical project and technical direction accrued in 2026. The subsidies granted in this line, with the limit indicated above, may not exceed the amount of 3,500 euros in general and 4,000 euros in municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants. In this Line, if the Material Execution Budget is less than or equal to 40,000 euros: the subsidy will have a limit of 1,120 euros. In this case, if the home is located in municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants, the subsidy will have a limit of 1,650 euros. Line B: initial credit of 285,000 euros. a) Maximum eligible amount: 3,500 euros, in general, and 4,000 euros in the case of homes in municipalities with a population of less than 2,000 inhabitants. b) Maximum number of ordinary monthly installments that will be subsidized: seven months of the year 2026, except in municipalities with less than 2,000 inhabitants, which will be subsidized up to ten monthly installments. Line C: initial credit of 250,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy per application on this line is subject to the following limits: ?
