Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiary entities of the call are: a) The Municipalities and the Associations of Municipalities (article 3.1, section a) and 3.2, section c) of Law 7/1985, of April 2) and the Entities with a territorial scope lower than the municipal level of the province of Alicante. b) The communities of irrigators and other irrigation entities based in the province of Alicante, legally constituted and attached to the corresponding Basin Organization, in accordance with articles 81 and 82 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2001, of July 20, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Water Law, which have established as their object the use of water for irrigation, and must fulfill their purpose in the territory of the Province of Alicante. Alicante. Second. Purpose: Non-monetary subsidies for writing by the Water Cycle Area of ​​the Excma. Provincial Council of Alicante, of technical documents, in the exercise of the powers conferred on it by articles 31 and 36, in relation to articles 25 and 26, all of them of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime. The technical documents will refer to actions related to the municipal and provincial Water Cycle, such as projects, studies of alternatives and technical solutions or specifications for infrastructure and hydraulic or control facilities, of local jurisdiction and public use. Also included in the call are projects for the legalization of existing electrical installations, related to hydraulic installations or local competition control and public use. Likewise, the subject of the call are technical documents referring to works and installations of hydraulic or control infrastructure, which increase the efficiency of water use in irrigation. In general, works to collect groundwater for use in irrigation, such as drilling wells, are not included. However, collection works are included when the reuse of water from regenerated water from wastewater treatment plants is not possible. Excluded from the purpose of the call are the Master Plans for hydraulic infrastructures for supply, sanitation and stormwater evacuation, as well as the municipal plans for controlling discharges in the municipal sewage network. Bidding documents for contracts and, in particular, those whose purpose is the material provision of supply and sanitation services in municipalities are also excluded. Technical documents considered of special interest or that require highly specialized knowledge, such as those related to the collection or rehabilitation of groundwater collections and, in the case of municipalities with direct management of the service, to purification, automation and control of infrastructure or water resources, may be drafted by the technicians of the Water Cycle Area, although the technical assistance inherent to them, such as environmental impact studies, topography, geotechnics, are also the subject of this call. delineation, structural or electrical calculation, infrastructure prospecting, legalization projects, etc., the Provincial Council also assuming the cost of these and the health and safety studies. Interested parties must provide a description of the purpose of the hydraulic infrastructure for which they request that the technical document be drawn up, indicating the approximate cost of said work or installation. This cost estimate will not be necessary for projects to legalize existing electrical installations. Third. Regulatory bases: General Subsidies Ordinance approved by the Plenary of the Excma. Amount: The maximum total amount allocated to the financing of this call is established at 150,000.00 euros. Of this maximum total amount, up to 100,000.00 euros will be used to finance subsidies whose beneficiaries are those indicated in point a) of the First section of this extract, that is, Municipalities, Associations of Municipalities or Entities with a territorial scope lower than the municipal level;
