Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons, or groups of natural or legal persons included in article 3 of Royal Decree 1055/2021, of November 30, may be beneficiaries of the aid from the Renove 2026 Plan. The beneficiaries must meet the requirements established in articles 3 and 4 of said royal decree. Second. Object. Direct granting of state subsidies for the acquisition of the following types of new machines, in accordance with article 4 of Royal Decree 1055/2021, of November 30: a) Agricultural tractors. b) Automotive machines: collection, application of phytosanitary products, application of fertilizer products, tankers for localized application of slurry, handling and loading equipment and plant waste crushers. c) Trailed or suspended machines: direct seeders, fertilizer spreaders, equipment for applying phytosanitary products, shredders of plant residues, equipment for the maintenance of vegetal covers and slurry tankers with systems for localized application of the product on the ground (grids and discs), flexible tubes (hoses) or rigid tubes (for application just above the ground), as well as systems for locating slurry on the ground independently of the tanker. d) Precision agriculture equipment. The following are distinguished: • components for the adaptation of machinery on the farm, which include NIR nutrient sensors, self-guiding systems, machine adaptation systems for variable work and ISOBUS adaptation kits; and • agricultural robots. Third. Regulatory Bases. Royal Decree 1055/2021, of November 30, which establishes the regulatory bases for the direct granting of state subsidies for the renewal of the national park of agricultural machinery. Room. Amount. The maximum amount to be granted in this call is 9,550,000 euros for the set of machines to be subsidized, charged to budgetary application 21.05.412C.771 of the current General State Budgets for the year 2026.
