Presentation: The instances and all required accompanying documentation (project, responsible declarations, CIF, directive, policy, etc.) must be submitted exclusively through the electronic headquarters of the Cedeira Council (https://sede.cedeira.gal). 6. Concession Criteria The procedure is processed under competitive competition. To obtain a subsidy, it is mandatory to accredit the use of the Galician language in advertising and dissemination of activities and to obtain a minimum of 60 points in the assessment. Outorgarase score based on: Promotion of equality and female participation (at 45 points). Antiquity of the association (attains 30 points). Lower amount of the monthly fee charged to members (at 25 points). Development of social inclusion programs, number of active members, organization of events and hiring of personnel (20 points in each of these categories). Installations of use, collaboration with other entities, activities in parishes in rural areas and need for displacement by activities. 7. Payment and Substantiation Payment: After the concession approved by the Local Government Xunta, the Council will pay an advance of 70% of the amount.
