Official description of the call
The Local Government Board of the Olot City Council, in the session held on April 30, 2026, has approved the specific regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for sports entities that have their chess, roller hockey, skating, volleyball and table tennis teams at the highest level in the 2025/2026 season. Published in BOPG no. 91 of May 14, 2026, have been definitively approved as no claims have been submitted during the public exhibition period. According to article 23 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies (hereinafter LGS), the procedure for granting subsidies is always initiated ex officio, through a call approved by the competent body. Legal foundations The following regulations apply:Arts. 20, 22.1 and 23 and concordant with Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies (hereinafter, LGS). Arts. 58 and concordant with Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies (hereinafter, RLGS). General subsidies ordinance of the City Council of April 29, 2021. Strategic Subsidy Plan for 2026, approved in plenary session on October 30 of 2025.Specific regulatory bases for the grant aimed at promoting sports activity in the city of Olot for the year 2026.Arts. 8 and 15 of Law 19/2014, of December 29, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (hereinafter LTC). Agreements: First.- Approve the public call for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime for sports entities that have their chess, roller hockey, skating, volleyball and table tennis teams at the highest level in the season. 2025/2026.Second.- Establish that the deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP Girona. Resolution: The maximum deadline for resolving and notifying the resolution of the procedure may not exceed three months, counting from the deadline for submitting applications. The expiration of this maximum period without having notified the resolution entitles the interested parties to understand that the request for granting the subsidy has been rejected due to administrative silence. SPORTS – EXCELLENCE CONTATITIONS LENCIA, from the budget of the Olot City Council. Fourth.- Order the registration and publication of this resolution in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), in accordance with the provisions of art. 20 of General Law 38/2003 on subsidies.
