Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: Natural or legal persons who develop programs, projects or activities that correspond to the subsidy lines and the strategic objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2026-2027 indicated in section 1 of this call. Groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic community or separate assets that, although they do not have legal personality, prove that they have an identification number. fiscal, in addition to developing programs, projects or activities that correspond with the subsidy lines and the strategic objectives established in the Strategic Plan2 Subsidies2 of this call. The purpose of this call is to contribute to the development of programs, projects and activities of citizen entities that promote an activity of public utility, social interest or promotion of the achievement of a public purpose, whose purpose corresponds to the following strategic objectives established in the Strategic Subsidy Plan 2026-2027, the management service indicated below Strategic objective: OE4 “Promote education and culture in the neighborhoods, drivers of social change and a transforming city.” Grant line: OE4-02 “Support for the creation, production and dissemination of innovative artistic initiatives (Cultural District)” Management area: Transforming City Management service: Third Culture. Regulatory bases. Particular bases approved by the Local Government Board on April 29, 2026 and published in the BOPB number CVE 202610084258 dated May 5, 2026 and in the DOGC dated May 5, 2026. Fourth. Amount. The amount of this call is set at the amount of €100,000.00, which will be attributed to the following budget applications of the municipal budget for the year 2026: Budget application: 05 3341 24890000Denomination of the application: TRANSFERS TO FAMILIES AND NON-PROFIT INSTITUTIONSInitial credit: €60,000.00 Budget application: 05 3341 24790000 Application name: OTHER SUBSIDIES TO EMP. PRIVATE CC CULTURAL DISTRICT Initial credit: €40,000.00 As a general rule, subsidies will not exceed 50% of the total budget of the project, program or activity. However, the Qualifying Commission may propose that this percentage be exceeded or that up to 100% of said budget be subsidized, after justification of the circumstances of local public interest by the instructor who endorses it. In no case may the proposed amount exceed the amount requested by the beneficiary. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the day following the publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona. Any documentation related to these Bases (applications, forms, allegations, etc.), which must be submitted, will be done in the following manner and place: Natural persons who do not carry out an economic activity: in electronic format at the electronic headquarters of the City Council or in paper at any office of the General Registry of the City Council, at the choice of the interested person. Natural persons who carry out an economic activity, legal persons or entities without legal personality: in electronic format at the electronic headquarters of the City Council. Sixth. Other data. Subsidy modalities for the following subsidy modalities: Specific subsidies for “Art i Territori” Community Projects, when their purpose is community projects with social, cultural or economic impact in the city of L'Hospitalet and in collaboration with other entities or agents of the territory that the beneficiary develops between January 1 and December 31, 2026. Specific subsidies for the dissemination of local talent and the projection of the Cultural District, for the financing of an activity or specific project that the beneficiary develops between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
