EXTRACT of the call for monetary deliveries without consideration for the rehabilitation of buildings for residential use, fiscal years 2026-2027, approved by the Board of Directors of the Zaragoza Housing Municipal Society, SLU in a session dated June 12, 2026. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this call may be those communities of owners or groups of communities of owners who carry out the joint execution of rehabilitation works in buildings of predominantly residential use (comprehensive works in buildings-energy efficiency and accessibility works) and the owners or usufructuaries of housing who carry out accessibility works inside the homes or housing improvement works for their transfer to the Alquila Zaragoza "ALZA" program. Second. Object. The granting of monetary deliveries without compensation (hereinafter, aid) to communities of owners, sole proprietors and homeowners who carry out building rehabilitation works for residential use. The established help lines are the following: - Line 1.1. Comprehensive works on buildings. Energy efficiency. Aid to carry out comprehensive works in buildings in which energy efficiency is mandatory, while carrying out conservation and accessibility works is optional. The economic endowment of this line in 2026 is €4,000,000. - Line 1.2. Works in homes. Energy efficiency. Aid to carry out works that improve energy efficiency with passive measures: changing windows and insulation in walls in homes inhabited by cohabitation units whose income does not exceed up to 4.5 times the weighted IPREM. The economic endowment of this line in 2026 is €250,000. -Line 2.1. Specific works in buildings. Accessibility. Aid to carry out accessibility improvement works that allow universal accessibility to be achieved in common areas of the building, complying, at least, with the minimum accessibility measures from access from public roads to the homes. The economic endowment of this line in 2026 is €2,500,000. -Line 2.2. Works in homes. Accessibility. Aid to carry out works to improve accessibility in homes inhabited by cohabitation units whose income does not exceed up to 4.5 times the weighted IPREM. The economic endowment of this line in 2026 is €250,000. -Line 3. Complementary aid for limited incomes. Works subsidized in line 1.1. or line 2.1. and line 1 (2024-2025 call). Complementary aid for people who own homes located in buildings that have been beneficiaries of lines 1.1., 2.1. of this call and Line 1 of the 2024 2025 call, with income between 2.5 and 3.5 times the weighted IPREM, in accordance with the provisions of provision 45. The financial allocation of this line in 2026 is €250,000. -Line 4. Works on homes transferred to the Alquila Zaragoza (ALZA) program for affordable rent. Aid for carrying out works inside homes whose owners transfer them or renew the transfer contract to Zaragoza Housing for the management of their rental through the RENT ZARAGOZA (ALZA) program. The economic endowment of this line in 2026 is €750,000. Third. Regulatory bases. The content of the call can be consulted on the website: www.zaragozavivienda.es Fourth. Amount. Charged to the funds transferred by the Zaragoza City Council for the financial year 2026 up to a maximum of 8,000,000 euros (including VAT) of the costs included in the eligible investment corresponding to this program.
