Official description of the call
The Camporrobles City Council wants to stimulate and encourage the carrying out of restoration works and painting of facades, to keep the homes in a good state of conservation, thus extending the life of the urban heritage, and as a measure to improve the image of Camporrobles, promote tourism, and promote the economy of the municipality. The purpose of these rules is to promote and regulate the financial aid that the Camporrobles City Council will grant when it calls for the restoration and painting of the facades of housing and buildings preferably intended for habitual residence, second residence or business, located within an urban area. Works whose license has been requested in the period between 01/01/2026 and the date on which the application submission period established in the call for the subsidy. Eligible works are considered to be those intended for the strict works of façade repairs and painting with the indicative colors provided by the city council in Annex 4. Applications for subsidies under this call can be submitted within a period of 30 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the deadline is postponed until the following business day. The submission of applications will preferably be made through the electronic headquarters of the Camporrobles City Council (https://camporrobles.sedelectronica.es/), or through any means established in Law 39/2015, of October 12, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
