CALL FOR SUBSIDY FOR AESTHETIC AND/OR ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVEMENTS IN PHYSICAL COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS ANDRATX 2026

Call code: 913273 Beneficiaries: 1.- The beneficiaries will be the holders of an activity with a valid qualifying title carried out in the municipality of Andratx. Beneficiaries can be natural or legal persons. They may also be groups of natural or legal persons, public or private, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, can carry out the projects, activities or behaviors or are in the situation that motivates the granting of the subsidy. In the case of groups of natural or legal persons, public or private without personality, the execution commitments assumed by each member of the group must be expressly stated, both in the application and in the granting resolution, as well as the amount of subsidy to be applied by each of them, who will also be considered beneficiaries. In any case, a representative or sole representative of the group must be appointed, with sufficient powers to fulfill the obligations that, as a beneficiary, correspond to the group. The group may not be dissolved until the limitation period provided for in articles 39 and 65 of the LGS has elapsed. Sports associations and clubs are expressly excluded as possible beneficiaries, even if they are legally constituted or registered in any public registry. As well as natural or legal persons who carry out their activity under a franchise regime, and those integrated into franchise networks, regardless of the legal form adopted. 2.- The beneficiary persons or entities must be registered in the census of businessmen, professionals and retainers; and, if applicable, in the tax on economic activities (IAE); with a heading corresponding to the activity carried out. 3.- Persons or entities who meet any of the circumstances established in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the LGS may not obtain the status of beneficiaries, with the exception of what is established in letter e) of article 13.2 of the aforementioned Law. 4.- Persons or entities that have been denied the granting of subsidies for the reasons provided for in article 11 of the LGS may not obtain the status of beneficiaries. L11/2016. To this end, the requesting companies and entities will submit, together with the aid application, a responsible declaration that they have never been subject to final administrative sanctions or final convictions. 5.- It is required that a physical or local establishment be used, as defined in Law 7/2013, of November 26, located in the municipality of Andratx, in which an activity is carried out permanently subject to an enabling title in accordance with the same law. In relation to these premises: A.- The beneficiary must be the owner indicated in the current enabling title to initiate and exercise the permanent activity, in accordance with Law 7/2013, of November 26, modified by Law 2/2020, of June 6. B.- The premises must have the following characteristics: The establishment must have an area for public use, according to the definition contained in Annex A of the basic document on security of use and accessibility (DB-SUA), which provides: "Areas or circulation elements likely to be used by the general public." C.- The date of acquisition of the qualifying title to start and carry out the activity in the establishment must be prior to or coincide with the end of the deadline for submitting applications. 6.- Persons requesting this aid must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, and not be indebted for reimbursement before the Administration. 7.- The requirements established in this article must be met at the end of the deadline for submitting applications, and must be maintained in any case until the end of the deadline to justify the material execution of the action. Purpose and scope of application The Andratx City Council wants to stimulate and encourage the carrying out of accessibility and/or beautification, conservation, restoration, consolidation and rehabilitation works.
