Official description of the call

First. Purpose: The purpose of this call is to define the set of conditions and the procedure to follow for the application, obtaining, justification and collection of the subsidies granted by the Alzira City Council, under a competitive competition regime, to the Fallas cultural associations of Alzira that do not have municipal premises transferred as a casal by the City Council, for the year 2026. Second. Beneficiaries: Associations that meet the following requirements may qualify for this call and be beneficiaries of the subsidies contemplated in it: -Be a fallera association of Alzira and be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations. -Not having premises provided by the City Council. -Have a premises owned or rented by the Association. -Present a project indicating what the subsidy will be used for. -Present a budget of expenses referring to what is subsidized and other income for the same concept. Those entities that are in any of the situations of prohibition of holding such condition established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, may not be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Third. Regulatory bases: The Plenary Session of the Alzira City Council, in the session held on January 29, 2020, has definitively approved the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Alzira City Council, which contains the regulatory bases of the procedure for the granting of subsidies by this City Council, and the full text of the same has been published in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia No. 29, dated February 12, 2020. Fourth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Fifth.- Maximum total amount of the subsidies called: The maximum total amount of the subsidies called will be 15,000 euros, charged to the budget application “3381 48410 “Subsidies for Fallas that do not enjoy Casal Fallero”, of the Alzira City Council Budget for the year 2026. Sixth.- Documentation: Subsidy applications will contain the following documentation: -Signed instance by the legal representative of the requesting entity, in accordance with the official model that appears as Annex I. -Project indicating what the subsidy will be used for. -Budget of expenses related to what is subsidized and other income for the same concept. Seventh: The competent body for the resolution will be the Local Government Board.
