Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias), and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura. First. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons and groups of natural and legal persons may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, whatever the legal form they adopt, as long as they have employed persons, have economic activity in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and make the investments subject to subsidy in work centers located in Extremadura. Likewise, communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that, although lacking legal personality, meet the requirements listed in article 3 of Decree 72/2024, of July 16, 2024, and can carry out the actions subject to the subsidy, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second. Object. Approve the second call corresponding to the financial year 2026, for subsidies aimed at promoting safety and health at work in companies in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 72/2024, of July 16, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies aimed at promoting safety and health at work in companies in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and approves the first call (DOE no. 164, of August 23), and its correction of errors published in DOE no. 191, of October 1, 2024. Fourth. Financing and amount. The total amount of the credit allocated to this call amounts to two hundred thousand euros (€200,000.00), financed with funds from the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, charged to budget application 14012.325A.770.00, expense project 20001339 “improvement of working conditions in companies” with a source of financing from the Autonomous Community. The amount of the subsidies will be 50% of the cost of the eligible investment, with a limit of 20,000 euros per beneficiary, for all eligible investments made and justified. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of Extremadura and the present extract thereof provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 30/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Sixth. Concession procedure and call The procedure will be processed on a competitive basis, through periodic call.
