Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE. First. Beneficiaries. The status of beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Agreement may be the natural and legal persons who, meeting the requirements established therein, are considered small and medium-sized companies and carry out an economic activity in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, and who meet the requirements set out in Article 3 of Decree 137/2024 of November 5. Second. Call and purpose. The purpose of this agreement is to call for aid in kind, under a competitive competition regime and in compliance with Decree 137/2024 of November 5, 2024, published in DOE No. 220, of November 12, 2024, for the implementation of the following international promotional actions. DIRECT COMMERCIAL MISSION TO POLAND 2026 Promotion action code: MCD26POL Warsaw and surroundings (Poland). From September 28 to October 2, 2026. 1 The applicant must take into account that, due to the needs of the organization of the action, the dates of the round-trip flights could vary slightly with respect to the dates indicated. Third. Regulatory bases. Decree 137/2024 of November 5, 2024, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid by Extremadura Avante Servicios Avanzados a Pymes, S.L.U, aimed at the international promotion of Extremaduran SMEs. Room. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 6 business days, and will be computed from the day following the date of publication of the call and this extract, in the Official Gazette of Extremadura. Fifth amount. For the promotional action object of the call, the maximum amount of the call and the maximum amount of aid per beneficiary are indicated: DIRECT COMMERCIAL MISSION TO P OLONIA 2026 Maximum amount of the call: €39,259.11 Maximum amount of aid per beneficiary: €6,543.18 Maximum number of beneficiaries to be selected: 6 Sixth. Financing. 1. The aid regulated by this Call Agreement will be financed from the FEDER Operational Program of Extremadura 2021-2027, receiving co-financing of 85% of the fund, and being framed in Political Objective 1: “A more competitive and smarter Europe”, Investment Priority: 1.A 'Digital and Intelligent Transition', Specific Objective 1 iii). “the reinforcement of sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs and the creation of jobs in these s, also through productive investments.” 2. The international promotion action will be financed based on the budgetary transfer that appears in the General Budgets of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura TE: “EXTREMADURA AVANTE SERVICES ADVANCED SMEs: INTERNATIONAL PROMOTION OF THE EXTREMEÑA SME”, formalized through the signing of the Agreement by which a specific multi-annual transfer is formalized in favor of the Public Company Extremadura Avante Servicios Avanzado s a Pymes, S.L.U. for the execution of the international promotion program for Extremaduran SMEs for the period 2023-2026. Seventh. Others. The aid provided for in this call is subject to the de minimis regime, subject to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2023/2831, of the Commission of December 13, 2023, relating to the application of articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid (OJ Series L, of December 15), and cannot exceed the aid total de minimis amount of 300,000 euros in the previous three years.
