REGULATORY BASIS OF DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION CALL AND HUMANITARIAN AID SUBSIDIES FROM THE CITY COUNCIL OF ZARAGOZA FOR 2026

Official description of the call

Expte: 29885 / 2026 The Government of Zaragoza, by virtue of the powers conferred upon it, on June 18, 2026, agreed to: FIRST.- Approve the public call and bases that must govern the Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Grants of the Zaragoza City Council for 2026, under a competitive competition regime and annexed to this agreement. SECOND.- The maximum amount to be granted in the call globally amounts to two hundred and eighty thousand euros (280,000.00 euros) for 2026, charged to the following budget applications: 2026 PCI 2315 48001 Development Cooperation Grants 130,000.00 euros 2026 PCI 2315 48002 Grants received from refugees and humanitarian emergencies 50,000.00 euros 2026 PCI 2315 78000 Development Cooperation Projects 100,000.00 euros Total credit of the call 280,000.00 euros The sum available at the time of the call amounts to 280,000.00 euros that may be attended to by applying to the items outlined and charged to the Retention of RC credits No. 261813. The granting of subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit. The call is annual. THIRD.- This call is included in the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Zaragoza City Council 2024-2027, approved in the update for 2026 on April 13, 2026, by the Government of Zaragoza, in its strategic line No. 2, Development Cooperation. FOURTH.- The National Subsidies Database will operate as a national advertising system for the call for subsidies, without prejudice to its publication in the section of the province of Zaragoza of the ?Official Gazette of Aragon? and on the municipal website. A period of 20 business days is established for the presentation of applications starting from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zaragoza. You may file a contentious-administrative appeal against it before the Administrative Litigation Court of Zaragoza, in accordance with the provisions of art. 8.1 of Law 29/98, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction, modified by Organic Law 19/2003, of December 23, additional fourteenth provision, within a period of two months from the day following receipt of this notification, in accordance with art. 46 of the same legal text. You may previously optionally file an appeal for reconsideration before the same body that issued this act, within a period of one month from the day following receipt of this notification, in accordance with the provisions of articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In the event that the act becomes final administratively, an extraordinary appeal for review could be filed before the body that issued the act, in the cases in which any of the circumstances provided for in art. 125 of Law 39/2015 cited, within the deadlines established therein. Likewise, you may exercise, if applicable, any other resource or actions that you deem appropriate.
