In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies and in article 16 q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es) and in this DOE (http://doe.juntaex.es). First. Object. Call for subsidies from the Youth Rental Bonus program, which aims to help young people be able to pay the rental income or the price of the transfer of their usual home or room, enabling access to housing and their emancipation. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural persons aged 35 or under who, having a regular source of income, own or are able to sign, as tenants, a rental contract for a home, in accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, on Urban Leases; a room lease agreement; or a contract for the transfer of use of a home or room; dwelling or room that must constitute your habitual and permanent residence. The members of the cohabitation unit must not be owners or usufructuaries of another home in Spain (with the exceptions contemplated in the regulatory basis) and their annual income must be equal to or less than three times the Public Multiple Effects Income Indicator (IPREM).
