First. Beneficiaries. Natural persons, legal persons, and entities without legal personality that meet the requirements and carry out the actions contemplated in Order 10/2024, of October 4 in the territorial scope of the Valencian Community. Second. Purpose To call for the aid provided for in Order 10/2024, of October 4, for the year 2026, with regard to projects developed within the participatory local development strategies approved for local fishing action groups in the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases Order 10/2024 of October 4, of the Department of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for projects developed within the participatory local development strategies approved to local fishing action groups in the Valencian Community within the framework of the programming period of the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (FEMPA) 2021-2027, all within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2021/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 7, 2021 establishing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund and Regulation (EU) 2021/1060 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of June 24, 2021.
