1.–Finalidad y objeto. La finalidad de esta Convocatoria es regular el modo en que se conceden las subvenciones a los vecinos y vecinas adultas del Valle de Egüés que están aprendiendo euskera. 2.–Plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Las solicitudes podrán presentarse del día 21 de septiembre al 21 de octubre de 2026, ambos inclusive. Será causa de denegación de la subvención la presentación de la solicitud fuera de plazo. 3.–Requisitos de las personas solicitantes. Podrán solicitar subvenciones las personas que cumplan los siguientes requisitos el día en que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes:a) Certificar que se ha asistido al 80% del curso subvencionado.b) Estar empadronado/a en el Valle de Egüés durante todo el periodo comprendido en la convocatoria. Los trabajadores/as del Ayuntamiento del Valle de Egüés podrán solicitar la subvención, aunque no estén empadronados/as en el municipio. Si tuviesen reconocido este derecho a través de la negociación colectiva, deberán optar por una u otra ayuda.c) Estar al corriente en el pago de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento del Valle de Egüés (el Ayuntamiento comprobará de oficio dicha circunstancia y la recogerá mediante el procedimiento correspondiente).d) Ser mayor de 16 años.e) No podrán tomar parte en esta convocatoria las personas del Valle de Egüés que, siendo trabajadoras de alguna administración pública, estén incluidas en planes de euskaldunización específicos.
