Beneficiaries Local entities in the province of Barcelona that must carry out the activity on which they are granted may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in article 13 LGS and have signed and are in force a collaboration agreement with the Barcelona Provincial Council for the consolidation and development of the sale and purchase of companies (Reempresa) at the local level. Amount The maximum budget that will be allocated this year 2026 for the granting of the subsidies regulated in this call will be five hundred and fifteen thousand euros (€515,000.00) and will be in charge of the budgetary applications of the current corporate budget and for the following maximum amounts: G/30103/43300/46200, for an amount of €445,000.00 G/30103/43300/46700, for an amount of €70,000.00 Subsidies may not be awarded for an amount greater than that mentioned. Fifth. Application submission deadline The recipient entities must submit the application through the Municipal Procedures Portal (PMT) within the period between September 15 and 30, 2026, both included. Sixth. Execution period The subsidies awarded under this call must be used to finance activities carried out during the period between September 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, both included. Activities that have been justified and paid for in previous calls for the granting of subsidies for the consolidation and development of the sale and purchase of companies (Reempresa) in the province of Barcelona are excluded.
