Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries: The Alquería del Bàsquet-Universitat de València, students of special sports regime education at Grau Superior, students of TSEAS (Higher Technician in teaching and socio-sports animation) and students of TSAF (Higher Technician in Physical Conditioning) who have presented and defended their final degree project in the course may apply for the Basketball Chair awards. 2025-2026. Second. Purpose: The Universitat de València, through the Cátedra de Baloncesto l’Alqueria del Bàsquet-Universitat de València, announces the IV edition of the Cátedra de Baloncesto l’Alqueria del Bàsquet awards of the Universitat de València for the best final degree projects carried out by the higher degree vocational training students related to basketball of the course. 2025-2026, the content of which is oriented towards the theme of basketball, carried out from any area of knowledge. The purpose of the award is to encourage the study of any aspect related to basketball. Third. Regulatory bases: https://ir.uv.es/O00T6qw Fourth. Amount: The awards are financed by chapter VII of the budget of the Basketball Chair l'Alqueria del Bàsquet of the University of Valencia, organic 9290162029 and specific 20220264, for an amount of 900 euros. The following prizes will be awarded: • First prize: €400. • Second prize: worth €300. • Third prize: worth €200. The corresponding personal income tax withholding will be applied to all prizes based on current regulations. The tutors or directors of the awarded works will receive an accreditation certificate from the Chair in recognition of their teaching work. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting works will be between the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana and September 30, 2026, this being the deadline.
