Official description of the call
Extract from the approval of the call for aid for the general expenses of habitual residence to fight against social exclusion, corresponding to the financial year 2026. First. Beneficiaries. Applicant natural persons who, on the date of approval of the call, meet the requirements established therein, are eligible for aid. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to structure and establish the criteria and procedure for the application, processing, granting, payment and justification of aid for habitual residence expenses, which the Rubí City Council grants, on a competitive basis, to people at risk of social exclusion who are not recipients of social emergency aid for the same purpose. Third. Regulatory bases. Regulatory bases of the Rubí City Council's aid for habitual residence expenses to fight against social exclusion, published on the Rubí City Council's Transparency portal: https://www.seu-e.cat/ca/web/rubi/govern-obert-i-transparencia/contractes-convenis-i-subvencions/convenis-i-subvencions/convocatories-de-subvencions-i-ajuts Fourth. Amount. Total amount: 20,000.00 euros The maximum amount of aid will be 280.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona and in the Electronic Headquarters of the Rubí City Council, with the valid date being that of the last publication, and will end 1 month after the start date for submitting applications. Sixth. Other data. -The procedure for granting aid will always begin at the request of the interested person, following a call, and will be processed in accordance with the priority in chronological order of applications, until the credit is exhausted. - The maximum number of aid granted is set at 1 for each of the applicant natural persons and the members of their cohabitation unit.
