2026 aid for repopulation in cattle, sheep and goat farms in the AC of Extremadura, subject to sanitary emptying pursuant to Decree 131/2026, of June 10, which calls for them

Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b) and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and in article 16.q) of Law 6/2011, of March 23, of Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, the extract of the regulatory bases and first call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the Database National Subsidies http://www.infosubvenciones.gob.es and in this Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es). First. Call and purpose. Aid for repopulation on cattle, sheep and goat farms, which have been subject to sanitary emptying, is called for by 2026 within the framework of the national programs for the fight, control or eradication of bovine tuberculosis, bovine brucellosis, ovine and caprine brucellosis, bluetongue or transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, based on the provisions of Decree 131/2026 of June 10, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid for repopulation on cattle, sheep and goat farms in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, subject to sanitary emptying, the full text of which can be consulted in this Official Gazette of Extremadura (http://doe.juntaex.es). Second. Beneficiary person or entity. The beneficiaries of the aid will be the persons or entities that own the farms of cattle, sheep and goats located permanently (not temporarily) in Extremadura, and on which the competent authority for animal health of the Junta de Extremadura has approved the carrying out of a sanitary emptying in order to confirm in them the presence of one of the diseases included in the health programs mentioned in article 1 of the regulatory bases decree. The beneficiaries will also be persons or entities. persons who own cattle, sheep and goat farms located permanently (not temporarily) in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, when the repopulation has to be carried out on a farm other than the one where the sanitary emptying took place. Likewise, it will be the communities of property or any other type of economic unit or separate assets that are in the situation that motivates the granting of the subsidy. Under no circumstances may persons or entities in which any of the circumstances contemplated in sections 2 and 3 of article 12 of Law 6/2011, of March 23, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura occur, acquire the status of beneficiary. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for this aid are included in Decree 131/2026 of June 10, which establishes the regulatory bases for aid for repopulation in cattle, sheep and goat farms in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, subject to sanitary emptying, published in this DOE. Room. Amount. The aid to be granted in this call will be attributed to the 2026 annuity budget application 120020000/G/312A/77000, and expense projects: - 20170146 Aid for replacement of livestock due to sanitary vacuum, with an initial available budget allocation of one hundred and fifty thousand euros (150,000.-€), TE Funds 31002004, State transfers. - 20130027 Aid for livestock replacement due to sanitary vacuum with an initial available budget allocation of one hundred and fifty thousand euros (150,000.-€), Funds CAG0000001, Autonomous Community. The total budgetary allocation available to pay the aid is three hundred thousand euros (€300,000). The maximum amount of aid for each beneficiary and sanitary emptying will be 40,000 euros, whether they have been resolved in one or several calls. If budget availability allows, it may be increased up to 20 percent of the initial amount or up to the corresponding amount when such increase is a consequence of a generation, incorporation of credit or in the case of credits declared expandable, always before resolving the granting of these without the need to open a new call. Fifth. Application submission deadline.
